WIth the long-awaited airing of HBO's "The Normal Heart" set for Sunday, May 25, some eye-popping (and very well-timed) headlines have surfaced, pitting the legendary Larry Kramer against none other than perhaps the greatest gay icon ever, Barbra Streisand (who held the rights to film the 1985 play for years, but never managed to make a movie version).
In short, Kramer accused Babs of finding gay sex "distasteful" while Streisand has vigorously defended herself, saying Kramer "misrepresented my feelings."
So whose side are you taking in this very public scuffle?
One of the biggest stereotypes about gay/bi men is that they're calorie-counting gym bunnies who avoid carbs like the plague and have abs of steel. But is is really true?
Various studies have indicated that gay men can face a higher risk for eating disorders, and that all men are facing greater dissatisfaction with their body image.
Are you truly happy with your body and how it looks, or do you suffer from body image issues? Do the pressures of looking good get you down or do you have a healthy handle on your own physical self esteem?

In the weeks heading into the Winter Olympics in Sochi, worldwide outrage over anti-gay laws in Russia dominated the news. Would any athlete, delegate or journalist rise up and create an iconic moment in protest of these draconian laws? Not even close.
NBC figure skating commentator Johnny Weir's fabulous fashions aside, the Olympics came and went mostly without incident. Are you surprised or disappointed (or both) by this?
Take our poll and let everyone know what you think!
Here's the scenario: You just met someone you find sexy and interesting, and you're en route to your first date, maybe at a coffee shop or for a casual meal.
