COSMOS: Your Health Horoscope for the Week! Don't Forget to Breathe, Aries!

Nov. 14-21, 2011: Hurry up, slow down, and consider your options this week. That's a lot to handle. But depending on your sign, you're going to find yourself doing one of those three things. If you can do nothing else, take time not only to breathe, but to pay attention to what you need to do. We're in the shadow of Mercury retrograde, and everything is pointing to this one being one of those times. As I said, pay attention!

Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, a run of emotions from early today (Monday) straight through tomorrow evening can keep you busy, but today should be the worst of it. If startling news, surprises, intense moments or feeling like you're going to explode make you feel like you're all over the board today, you'll appreciate tomorrow's down time to recover from a slight case of the blues or just wanting to be alone. B-r-e-a-t-h-e! By Wednesday, you'll be glad you're at the midweek hump and are heading for the weekend.

For the most part, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius should breeze through the week without too many issues. Watch the tendency to overeat or overdo. If you feel like you're getting a bit pudgy at the mid-line, consider working out now--before it gets out of hand. Your biggest issue, however, may be the urge to party hearty too early on Friday. Cool your jets and resist. You don't need to regret anything after Friday is gone. Plan your holiday strategy for staying fit and trim now. You'll be glad you did!

For the most part, the week will be quiet if you're Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius or Pisces. We're in the midst of the Mercury pre-retrograde shadow, and that's bound to catch up soon. If you need to make amends, make changes in your life, start planning for a healthier lifestyle, start thinking about that now. Be warm and congenial, and avoid the tendency to argue.
