Sept. 25-Oct. 1, 2011: The Sun left health-focused Virgo this week and entered beauty-loving Libra. But health is still a part of the picture. After all, you can't have beauty without good overall physical and mental health.
Regardless of your Sun sign, if you haven't set up a structured plan to maintain or improve your well-being, find a little time to sit down and think about your goals and what you want to achieve. Be realistic and establish a solid routine you know you're able to do, and keep in mind your budget for whatever time and money schedule you think you'll need to accomplish these goals.
I'm not talking about insurance, although that's important, as we all know. I'm just talking about the basics--what you need as part of a daily plan. For example, your hair and skin care are just as important as your diet and your exercise routine.
Are you a breakfast skipper? Are you remembering the basics like salads, veggies and fruits? Are you slacking with your exercise because the health club raised their rates? What alternatives can you set into motion? And while you're at it, by Thursday, start considering your sexual self-image and what you can do to improve that too.
Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, all of you will need to take note of your stress levels and consider what you can do to address those. Remember laughter is still great medicine for mental and heart health as well as healing whatever might be ailing your relationships. If the stress is too much to handle, consider a therapist--and a sexy masseur for a divine massage!
Fall weather is the perfect time of year for you if you're a Virgo, Sagittarius, or Pisces. It's not too hot or too cold for you to get outdoors, play some ball or take a good-paced run. Have you thought about adding a marathon to your exercise plans? Work to stay limber and lean!
And if your Sun is in Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, or Aquarius, try to remember that while you may feel like a horse at times with your strength and levels of endurance, you too need to be wise about your capabilities. There's no point in overdoing. That can be just as bad as not doing at all. With the Sun in Libra, it's a good time to remember all things in moderation. Just balance your goals, and avoid thinking you're ready to conquer the world 100% of the time. Even you may occasionally need some downtime. -- Michelle Young
