Dec. 19-26, 2011: Try to keep a balance wherever you turn this week. It can be something of a juggling act, but work at it. Find some rationale behind your wanting to be committed and needing the space not just in relationships but in most areas of life. The most intense part of the holiday season is here now. Enjoy it, and make the most of that good will you're feeling. The negative stuff can fall behind. It's just up to you!
Regardless of your beliefs and choice of celebration, have a wonderful holiday!
It's possible that you'll start the week not really being sure of which way to turn, Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. If wallowing on loneliness in the midst of heavy responsibilities seems attractive, you may want to rethink what you're doing. Focus more on what you need to do for (and with) others. While it may seem as if you're committing yourself more by doing so, taking care of others' needs will make "you time" far more attractive. You're less likely to feel guilty and more likely to relish a little solitude. Sooner or later, even those who are deeply involved come to value their need for that "me time" too.
Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius, are Chanukah party plans on Tuesday's calendar? Try to eat lightly to compensate for the rich, fried food. It's sooo good, isn't it? It's a happy party kind of week that can have you overeating every way you turn. Moderation can be the key for you, but that will be hard especially if you feel like you haven't eaten in months. Pace yourself and be happy with this friends and family time. You know this is calorie-counting-out-the-window season. A few more laps or games of intense racquet sports from Thursday through Saturday will cut most of the guilt and flab.
